MonaLisa Touch – CO2 laser

Our facility is equipped with the latest generation of laser MonaLisa Touch™, the device specially designed for the treatments in esthetic gynecology, such as the revitalization of the vagina and labia, or treatment of urinary incontinence. However, these are not all applications of the device. Thanks to several different laser heads, laser can be used in several types of procedures, also in esthetic dermatology, such as reduction of stretch marks or scars. In gynecological procedures the effect of the laser is related with so-called point therapy (DOT Therapy). Due to the DOT Therapy, the energy produced by the device is focused on selected locations on vaginal walls, precisely stimulating the mucous membranes to the reconstruction and regeneration by producing new collagen fibers. As a result of the treatment vaginal tissues become firmer, strained, more flexible and compact. The technology used in MonaLisa Touch™ laser makes treatment safe, effective and minimally invasive. With the rapid coagulation of the tissue there is no bleeding during the procedure. The period of convalescence after MonaLisa Touch™ treatment is very short - patient almost immediately returns to day-to-day activities.

Laser MonaLisa Touch

Why MonaLisa Touch is so different?

Laser MonaLisa TouchTM is a modern multi-function device that through different endings can be used in several types of treatments. In contrast to many other lasers on the market only MonaLisa Touch had conducted clinical trials. Treatments performed with its aid are minimally invasive and completely safe. By using the so-called. point therapy (DOT Therapy), the laser energy during the treatment is focused on selected areas vaginal wall, acting only a few percent of the tissue. As a result, the regeneration process is much faster.

How does MonaLisa TouchTM laser treatment look like?

During gynecological procedures MonaLisa TouchTM laser with a special head of the scanning system is inserted into the vagina. Its properties allow rapid course of treatment, and device technology guarantees a painless and safe. Another distinguishing feature of laser treatment MonaLisa TouchTM is no bleeding - system causes rapid tissue coagulation (clotting).

The laser is suitable for modeling the vaginal walls and stimulate tissues regeneration. Following surgery they start to multiply the new collagen fibers, which results in strengthening the walls of the vagina. The patient spends on the gynecological chair usually a few minutes, then she returns home.

Treatments performed using MonaLisa TouchTM are not only effective, but are also characterised by very low invasiveness and a short recovery period - often after leaving doctor's office patient can return to normal activity. In MEDSTETICA treatments are performed solely by doctors with extensive experience, who have undergone specialized training in the use of laser MonaLisa TouchTM and posses adequate certificates.
